Buddify, operated by Buddify App d.o.o., Dunajska cesta 27, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia, is an app for adults to find company for real-world activities. We do not allow child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) of any kind, and we take active steps to keep minors off the platform and out of harm.

1. Prohibited content and conduct

We prohibit any content or behaviour that sexualises, exploits, endangers or abuses minors, including but not limited to:

Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form
Grooming: contacting or building a relationship with a minor for sexual purposes
Sextortion, or threats to share intimate content involving a minor
Sexualised depictions or descriptions of minors, real or fictional
Trafficking of minors or facilitating access to minors for abuse

Any account engaging in this conduct is permanently removed and, where required by law, reported to the relevant authorities.

2. Age requirement

Buddify is for users aged 18 and over. Every account must provide a date of birth at sign-up, and registration is refused for anyone under 18. Accounts found to belong to minors are removed.

3. Reporting

You can report any profile, activity or message from inside the app using the Report option, and block other users at any time. Reports involving the safety of a minor are reviewed as a priority.

4. How we act on reports

When we receive a report or become aware of prohibited conduct we remove the content, suspend or permanently ban the account, and preserve relevant records. Confirmed CSAM is reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to Slovenian law enforcement as required by applicable law.

5. Compliance

These standards are published in accordance with the Google Play Child Safety Standards policy and applicable child safety laws. We review them regularly and update them as our product and legal obligations change.
