How do I delete my account?

Open the app > Settings (gear icon) > Delete Account. Follow the confirmation steps. All your data will be permanently removed, including your profile, photos, messages, matches, activities, and reviews.

How do I report a user?

Tap the Report button on any user profile, activity, or in chat. Select a category and submit. We review all reports within 24 hours and will take appropriate action where violations are confirmed.

How do I block someone?

Tap the Block button on a user's profile. They will no longer be able to see your profile, activities, or send you messages. Blocking is silent — the blocked user will not be notified. You can manage blocked users in Settings.

How do I change my notification settings?

Go to Settings > Notifications to toggle push notifications, email notifications, and specific notification types such as new matches, messages, activity reminders, and reviews.

Why does the app need my location?

We use your location to show activities happening near you. We only access your location while the app is open — never in the background. You can revoke location permissions at any time through your device settings.

What is the trust score?

Your trust score is calculated from reviews other users leave after activities you've participated in together. Higher scores indicate reliability and positive interactions. The score helps the community self-moderate and build trust between users.
