Welcome to Buddify, operated by Buddify App d.o.o., Dunajska cesta 27, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the Buddify mobile application ("App") or the Buddify website ("Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms").

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use Buddify.

1. Eligibility

Buddify is intended for individuals 18 years or older. By using the App, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement.

2. Description of the Service

Buddify is a social and activity-based platform that helps users find "buddies" for hobbies and activities. Users create profiles, share content, discover activities, and connect with others who share similar interests.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account.

You may delete your account at any time through the App or by contacting info@buddify.life.

4. User-Generated Content (UGC)

Users may upload profile photos, descriptions, activity information, and other content.

By posting content in the App, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, store, and process your content for the functioning of the service.

You agree not to upload any:

illegal, harmful, or abusive content
content violating privacy or intellectual property rights
sexually explicit or discriminatory content

We may remove UGC that violates these Terms. Users may report inappropriate content or behavior directly in the App or via email.

5. Premium Features & Subscriptions

Buddify offers optional paid premium features. Details, pricing, and subscription terms are presented directly in the App.

By subscribing, you:

authorize the applicable app store (Apple/Google) to charge your payment method
agree to the renewal terms unless auto-renew is disabled in your store settings

We do not handle or store credit card data directly.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

use the App for harassment or harmful behavior
impersonate others
attempt to access data not intended for you
reverse-engineer, disrupt, or damage the service
use the App for commercial advertising without permission

7. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any part of the App, including features, pricing, or content, at any time.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or engage in harmful behavior.

You may terminate your account at any time.

9. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

availability
accuracy
reliability of user-generated content

Users connect at their own risk and take sole responsibility for interactions with others.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for:

damages caused by misuse of the App
interactions between users
loss of data or service interruptions

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Slovenia. Disputes shall be resolved before the competent courts in Slovenia.
